Software Updates:

  • 3 to 4 upgrades per year available through web portal

Technical Support (Unlimited):

  • By phone 8.00am to 8.00pm Australia EST time Monday to Friday. An afterhours message bank is available with prompt support staff call-back.
  • Email Support responds to enquiries within 2 (two) business hours
  • 'Direct Connect Assist' live web help is available during business hours

Earthwork Quantity Verification:

  • Requires a completed Earthwork job to be forwarded and PDF attachment of related plan
  • Allow 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for a response

Training Content via Web Portal:

  • Knowledge base for article lookup
  • Training videos and documents.
